We frequently add new features and upgrades to the program. When this
occurs, generally, your Internet browser should automatically update your
old Cache file.
Sometimes browsers do not update the old cache files in due time. These
old cache files may cause problems in accessing your vault..
- To correct the situation, all you need to do is to delete the old
cache files, and re launch the browser. After you do that, then revisit
our log in page to reopen and enter the Trust Vault .

- Please DO NOT log in with multiple browser windows at the same
time, as this can cause YOUR data to be lost or YOUR Trust Vault session to
malfunction.
- IMPORTANT: Remember to save your information while filling the
application every few minutes to avoid Timeout . This is done as a
security measure
